This is what makes me tick, the relationship economy in a social version: ‘we don’t hire people to bake brownies, we bake brownies to hire people.’
The enclosed article is in Dutch. But the website says it all: Greystone bakery. Practicing Inclusion. No matter who you are or what you have done. There is only now and you always deserve a new chance.
Forget about all the regulations and rules. Forget about punishment. Our society is too much based on old Western religions. People are bad by nature, they need to be punished on earth to be able to deserve heaven when life is over.
I believe that people are good in nature. Some have psychological problems, some are mentally ill, others grew up in a troublesome environment. And still. Approach people in the same way as Greystone does. I am a strong believer that it will better our society. No rules, no punishments but positive affirmation.
